Grammar: Present Perfect Continuous

First conditional: This is a real situation or fact. It is an event or action that is possible.
“If it rains tomorrow, I will stay home.”
= rain is possible
= staying at home is possible.

Second conditional: This is an unreal, impossible, or unlikely situation. It is an event or situation that has a 0 percent chance or a small chance to happen:

“If I won the lottery, I would buy 20 cars.”
= won the lottery is unlikely/impossible
= buying 20 cars is unlikely/impossible
